Sam's Homecoming tells the story of Sam Crawford, as he struggles to find connection, peace, meaning, and all that love holds within its heart.

Many of us share his story—walking the earth looking for something we seem to know innately, but which can remain elusive and unclear. We keep walking, thinking it's out there. Somewhere. What is this "it"? Have we forgotten something?

In Sam's Homecoming, Sam seeks to restart his life in a new town, and his career as a TV talk show host. Along the way he meets new people, but he also seeks to heal the immense pain he's known—and created—within his own family.

Tim Tengblad was a Lutheran pastor for thirty-five years. He served three congregations in Ohio and Minnesota. Tim's focus now is on encouraging people to listen to and follow their own inner knowing, which will lead them to a broader, more inclusive spirituality.
